  • S hotelem jsme byli velmi spokojení. Potěšila nás vstřícnost a příjemné vystupování veškerého personálu. V pokoji bylo čisto a teplo. Snídaně byly bohaté a průběžně doplňované. Nezanedbatelným plusem je také poloha hotelu v samém centru Prahy. A, i když se hotel nachází u rušné komunikace, do pokoje ruch nedoléhal. Také jsme ocenili možnost úschovy zavazadel před ubytováním i po něm.

  • Jediný zápor vidíme v délce pobytu. Z pracovních důvodů jsme mohli využívat služby hotelu pouze dva dny.

  • Pokoj neodpovídal lákavému fotu na internetových stránkách, velikost pokoje neodpovídala standartu dvoulůžkového pokoje, na miniaturním stole stála TV, na umývadle nebylo mýdlo, v koupelně nefungoval radiátor (v prosinci) a obsluha se ani nesnažila o řešení, v koupelně byl cítit zatuchlý zápach.
